Engine Driven Pumps

Engine Driven water pumps are a compact, lightweight and durable means of moving water from one place to another in an efficient way.

There are typically two types of water pump available:

    1. a normal water pump which should only be used on freshwater and non corrosive liquids.
    2. a chemical water pump sometimes known as seawater, saltwater or liquid fertiliser pump, which has a durable plastic pump housing. This pump housing resists corrosion and erosion that a metal pump housing would be unable to withstand, ensuring the life of your pump is extended to its fullest capacity.

Being powered by a petrol engine means that there is no electrical supply required, so use in remote rural areas is not a problem, plus there is also no risk of electrocution.
